CCSD’s Special Education Parent Mentors host the 3rd Annual Evening of Inspiration on March 26, followed by three parent workshops in April.
Come out to enjoy an evening of entertainment as students in special education take the stage during the 3rd Annual Evening of Inspiration on Tuesday, March 26, at McEachern High School’s Performing Arts Center. Students will share their talents, interests, and successes during this event, co-hosted by the CCSD Special Education Parent Mentors along with the District 9 PTA and the Douglas County Parent Mentor.
Join us as these students cheer, tumble, dance, drum and share their accomplishments in Scouting, art, and post-secondary life with all of us. The event will open with a small vendor fair of resources for families at 5:45 p.m., and the program will begin at 6:30 p.m. Sign up at www.signup.com/go/wmXdtNY to let us know you are coming. (If this is an event your child may want to participate in next year, please email parent mentor Antoinette Nichols at Antoinette.email@example.com).
