Corporate Classroom Interns

Interns learn customer service and money skills by selling coffee and snacks to ISC staff each morning in their brand new coffee shop, The Corporate Grind.

Through this unique internship program, Corporate Classroom students not only increase their work skills, but their confidence as well as they become independent, positive contributors to the Cobb community.

Corporate Classroom interns are thrilled to be back in the Instructional Support Center where they have the opportunity to learn vocational skills through job immersion. Interns learn customer service and money skills by selling coffee and snacks to ISC staff each morning in their brand-new coffee shop, The Corporate Grind. Throughout the day interns also complete clerical tasks for district staff such as filing, making copies, and data entry. In a new project this year, interns have the opportunity to improve their technology and manufacturing skills as they design and produce masks, shirts, and mugs to sell to staff. Through this unique internship program, Corporate Classroom students not only increase their work skills, but their confidence as well as they become independent, positive contributors to the Cobb community.
